How to create Permits using custom letters.

*Please note that this only applies for Room and Tour Manager operators*

  • Create your letters in Room or Tour Manager account and enable autosend
  • Login to your staff console
  • Operator search
  • Click update other details
  • Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the box to Not send customer emails


By turing off the customer emails at the centre level, this will cause the default confirmation emails to not be sent to the customer ensuring that the enabled custom letter will be the only email generated to the customer for the booking.
