This guide will teach you how to manage expiration dates for your Tour/Activity products.
There are two ways that expiry dates can be set:
1. On a certain date
2. On X number of days after the date or purchase.
- To enable expiry dates please login the operator console > Go to the list of Tours/activities > click on the name to open the product and go to the advanced menu
- Select the type of expiration you would like to apply:
1. No Expiration - No expiration will be applied
2. Expires a certain ofdays after puchase - simply enter the number of days after the purchase the product will be valid for
3. Expires on a certain date - Set the date using the calendar picker
This date will then be shown on the correspondence that is sent to customers
