Below is a guide to assist in adding locations to your Bookeasy Staff Console.
Adding locations to your staff console will allow operators to map themselves to a location of their business.
This is specifically used when consumers refine their search when booking online through the beGadgets or for staff booking through their Bookeasy Staff Console.

To add a location, once you are logged in to your Bookeasy Staff Console you can then follow the below steps.

  1. Open the left hand menu by clicking the "hamburger" menu icon located in the top left corner.



  2. In the filter Menu Options section, you can start to type Locations. Or, click to expand Administration and then select Locations.


  3. Once in the location list, a list of all the currently linked locations to your Bookeasy Staff Console will be displayed.
    To add a new location, click Add Location located at the top of the page to be taken to the add location selector page.



  4. Once on the Add Location page, there will be a drop down box which contains all of the locations created within the Bookeasy System.
    Simply find your needed location in the list and click to add.
    *Pro Tip* - Simply start typing the location name rather than scrolling down the list for easier use.



  5. Once you have selected the chosen location, simply tick the View On Website Search box and click OK. This location will now be saved.



What if the location I need to add is not in this list?

If a location is not in the list, please submit a support request through your staff console here with the following.
1) Location Name
2) Region (from the below list)
3) State

A Bookeasy support staff member will then add the location to our master list for you to then choose from the list.
