Functionality has been released live into ALL Bookeasy Staff Consoles, whereby destinations now have the ability to set an auto-cancel parameter.
You will now be able to set the parameter to auto-cancel a booking if unpaid within a specified time frame.
When applied, the auto cancel setting will only apply to gold-medal operators and products. It will not auto cancel on-request bookings.
Find the settings under Administration > Booking Administration in your Staff Console;
- Cancel online bookings when not fully paid
- Cancel online booking within time frame (in minutes)
These parameters are defaulted off, and destinations will need to tick the 'enable' box and set a time to activate this feature.
