Here is an explanation of Room Manager Agents, they can be set up in the contact details of the console as an agent:
Credit Agent - the agent does not pay you at the time of booking. It is implied that the agent will take payment from the guest offline, as per their internal procedures. You invoice the agent for the net value of the booking. A commission voucher, equal to the value of the commission, is generated
Commission Agent - the agent pays the gross value at the time of booking. The agent may choose to use the client's credit card, or a corporate card after taking payment offline.
Net Agent - the agent pays the net value at the time of booking. It is implied that the agent will use a corporate credit card to make this payment, and the gross payment is taken from the client offline.
Bookeasy Booking Centres:
Guests pay the gross amount to the Bookeasy Centre directly. The Bookeasy Centre then pays the operator the net amount of the booking - similar to the Credit Agent scenario above.
