If you are a centre that builds a lot of itineraries internally and do not want an email to be generated to the guest automatically and you would like to manually send the guest email every time rather than have this automatic emails generated, this can be achieved. Located under Booking Administration > Found under Administration from your left hand menu there is an option called Send Customer Emails.



When this menu item is unchecked and the page is saved, no automatic emails will be generated to customers when making internal bookings. It is important to note, the emails will continue to be generated to the operator automatically when online bookings are made.


Once you have fully made your booking, you will need to click the option to Send Reservation Confirmation and/or Payment Request to Client.


If you do not click this option, emails will not be generated to the customer. So please ensure you only use this feature with caution or you fully understand the purpose of this menu.
